What do Pokemon, board games and wizards have to do with George C. Marshall?
Come to the monthly Discovery Days at the Marshall Museum to find out. Each month has a new theme that combines Marshall, science, history, art, games and fun into a two hour time slot, one Saturday each month.
Join us on Saturday, February 11th as we learn about the Central Powers and Allies of World War I. We will think about which Pokémon each side would have used to fight.
Bring your Pokémon Go device and join us for a battle. Participants will be split up in teams and will hunt the VMI parade grounds for Pokémon. The team that captures the most Pokémon in the given time wins!
All events are free of charge for both student and parent. While younger siblings are welcomed to attend, activities are geared for ages 8 to 17.
All events start promptly at 1pm. Please be on-time.
Registration is required. If no registrations have been made by the Friday before the event, it will be cancelled.
